Zofkie's Painting completed painting the exterior of our twenty two townhomes last Saturday, May 17th. It took them just one week. Our board members are very satisfied with the quality of their work, as are many of the homeowners we talked with. The workers were careful to protect shrubs and flowers, and they were friendly and courteous. Perhaps the best part is that Zofkie's had the lowest proposal of the four we received. The proposals ranged from 21% to 54% more than Zofkie's. We believe we received a good deal.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and integrity you displayed throughout our association and am quite pleased with the level of craftsmanship your crew exhibited. Basically, I am glad I chose you to paint my house and am happy with the end result.
Working with you was in sharp contrast to some of the other contractors I've had the misfortune of working with in the past - horrendous experiences that left me feeling frustrated, angry and ripped off. I never felt I was getting the runaround from you-you delivered what you said you would deliver, in the timeframe you specified and for the price you quoted. Communication was great throughout. Hiring a contractor doesn't get better than that.
Most of all I appreciate how you worked with me to get my house ready in time for my son's graduation. I know you had other jobs pending (and bigger, more profitable ones at that!) but still managed to find time in a particularly rainy painting season to make us look good for my son's big day. Again, I was impressed with the level of commitment I received from you.
All in all, I have ZERO complaints and would recommend you with a confidence to anyone. I know I'll be calling you again the next time my house needs painting!
