To whom it may concern: Zofkies Painting completed painting of the exterior of our twenty two Townhomes last Saturday, May 17, 2008. It took them just one week. Our board members are very satisfied with the quality of their work, as are many of the homeowners we talked with. The workers were careful to protect shrubs and flowers, and they were friendly and courteous. Perhaps the best part is that Zofkie had the lowest proposal of the four we received.
