Answers

1. Yes, we do specialize in painting, however, for many of our customers we take care of almost every aspect of construction.  From project management (site super intendant) for out of town construction companies to handyman maintenance and punch list coordination.  Some services are:  Drywall, carpentry, wood replacement, remodeling, F.R.P. installation.  For example, when we did the painting for the Staples Store in Plainfield, IL, the carpenters would not come back and the General on the project needed the F.R.P. (fiberglass reinforced panel) completed immediately, we had a crew there that day.  Vision Eyeworks in Orland Park mall had the same situation, except this time we completed all of the rough carpentry framing.  For the Chuck E. Cheese Restaurants that  we are awarded, we will do all of their punch work, remove and replacing counter tops, tile, bathroom partitions and much more.  With residential projects, anything from changing light bulbs to finishing basements.
2. Not at this time, at points we will take on select apprentices, however in order to give the service we expect and warranty our projects, ZPI feels that it is best to hire experienced professionals to do the work.  Our theory has been, we want to go the extra mile and how can you do that if the people on your job don't have the experience?  For example, you have a painter on a roof who notices that your flashing is bent or you caulk is rotting, we will come down and tell you what is happening, give you the solution and fix it, instead of someone that just learned how to swing a brush but doesn't know what else to look for (or care).
3. You should expect our warranty to perform as long as the can of paint says the product will last.  We only apply the paint, but guarantee that we will apply the paint according to the manufacturer's recommendation and if anything goes wrong, we will be right there with the manufacturer to come up with a solution.
4. We have been in business since 1999.
5. Unless there are weather or permit issues, we should not have a problem getting any project off the ground.
6. So far there has not been a job too big for us to take on.  We actually like to take on as big of projects that we can get.  395 apartment balconies, over four hundred Townhomes in one subdivision, 90,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.
7. We just completed a job where we painted one wall with Venetian plaster in a powder room.

9. We specialize in deadlines.  If you need it done we get it done.  Any company can lower their price, spend hours on getting it right, but not all can do that and get it done on time.
