- Painter: must have had 2-5 years full time employment as a painter, all necessary hand tools for all phases of painting, valid driver license, reliable transportation, and legal to work in this country.
- Foreman: Minimum of 5 yrs full time employment as a painter, at leat 1 yr of running a crew, legal to work in this country, valid license, a truck or van, all necessary tools to complete projects, extensive knowledge of all facets of painting, and minimum of high school diploma.
- Estimator: A minimum of 2yrs estimating in all facets of painting or at least 5 yrs in a related field, able to read blue prints, minimum of 2 years college in related field.
